Harbour Creek Ltd is a standout dealership. Paul and Lee took the time to understand our needs, exploring our current VW Bilbo van's usage and our reasons for considering a larger vehicle. We looked at the van we travelled to see, and they demonstrated why it wasn't suitable while introducing a more suitable alternative.The purchasing process was smooth and professional. The handover was thorough, with patient explanations and a well-prepared van. The additional features we requested, such as the solar panel and tow bar, were fitted expertly.Their customer service has been exceptional. It’s been great dealing with Paul, Lee and the whole team at Harbour Creek, and we are so grateful for their help and advice throughout the process of downsizing from our large Dethleffs MH to a lovely, low mileage pre owned Rapido V68. Nothing has been too much trouble and they’ve been quick to respond to our questions, even the daft ones! Have to say Lee’s very thorough handover session was excellent - nothing was rushed and every question patiently answered. Best of all, we are thrilled with our new van and feel very confident that at last we have found a really professional and knowledgeable dealer who will be there for us in future. The older you get, the more important that is!

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, from the initial enquiry through the (pressure free) sales process, the numerous cups of tea, to the finalisation of the paperwork, handover and pick up. Sorting out the item missed from the job sheet was no bother. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. The follow up call to check in was a nice touch too.
Our Rapido V55 (now named Vicky) is a pleasure to drive (unlike the M6, which isn’t!) and we are looking forward to our first trip away at the end of November.

Collected our Motorhome yesterday, the handover exceeded all expectations. Every part of the motorhome had been checked and was demonstrated for us. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about motorhomes. When we first went to view the van there was no pressure. Every person we have dealt with at Harbour Creek have been polite and professional. We are very pleased with the van and can't wait to start using it. Highly recommend Harbour Creek if you are looking for motorhome.

A very straight forward part exchange. The handover was excellent and the Camper well prepared to take away. It was great to deal with a company that understands service. All the staff we met were very friendly and seem to enjoy what they did.
